Here’s my favorite way to make my morning a good one. I usually pair it with a good book and a comfy chair. No fancy Espresso maker is necessary for this, you can get a plain stove-top camping espresso maker for under $10. You will need:
Heavy Whipping Cream (good already, right?)
Simple…whip about 1/8 to 1/4 cup of whipping cream with a few drops of rose water and about 1/4 tsp. of sugar. You can find Rose Water at high-end grocery stores or at Indian markets. Whip until it is frothy, but not stiff. Spoon the foam onto the top of your espresso and sprinkle with cinnamon, cardamon and more sugar if you like it sweeter. Enjoy.
